When you use our contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, plus a note that it came from this site. When you message us on WhatsApp, your communication is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and encryption; we see what you send us. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
Comparing checkup options often means telling us about health goals or concerns. Share only what you're comfortable sharing; we use it solely to point you to appropriate hospitals and packages, and we do not publish, sell, or share it with anyone beyond providers you ask us to contact on your behalf. We are a comparison and coordination service, not a healthcare provider, and we are not a HIPAA-covered entity — treat WhatsApp and email accordingly and keep detailed medical records for your direct conversations with hospitals.
We keep correspondence as long as needed to help you and for reasonable business records. Email andy@colombiamedical.co to request deletion of your messages and we will honor it promptly. You can browse this entire site without submitting any personal information.
